Let me start by saying I've dealt with back pain for 30 years +. Two back surgeries for fusions helped, but did not alleviate pain reliably. I still get horribly painful lower back pain that would incapacitate me for 2 to 4 days at a time. Unable to stand or sit. I have taken every pain medication and injections available, but only when necessary, as they can be addicting. I had a neighbor recently tell me about Arnica and the success they had using it. I researched arnica products and found many cheap products with hardly any arnica. I found this product and bought it. I put it away and forgot about it. I relied on heavy doses of aspirin at that time. About a month ago I went into one of my terrible back spasms. I'm flat on my back and out of aspirin. I had some percocet, but while looking for it, I saw this arnica product I had stashed away. So I tried it. The easiest way to apply this is to put a dab on the back of your hand, then put your hand behind your lower back and rub it on. Rinse off your hand. Anyway, I applied it to my back and was out of bed IN 10 MINUTES. Up walking in my yard with very minor pain. A second application at dinner time and I was goid for the night. I don't need this every day. Maybe 2 to 3 weeks apart. While sitting outside this morning, I went into another terrible spasm of bad pain. Didn't know if I could make it to my arnica. I walked bent over with knees bent and got this product and applied it. IN 5 MINUTES I WAS WALKING UPRIGHT AND OUT WATCHING THE BIRDS AGAIN. This literally happened 15 minutes before my writing this review. But please be aware there are a LOT of "scam" arnica products. BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR IT'S QUALITY. It is very much well worth the price. I'm outside now enjoying myself rather than being in bed the next 2 days with SEVERE back pain. And I do not use any other pain medication. None. And I have bottles of that stuff. I hope you find this product and review helpful. It has changed my life!
