This set of two pillows arrives in an understated but very attractive brown box with the Fern and Willow logo. The box is much smaller than the two pillows but once you open up the box the pillows are vacuum sealed in clear plastic packaging and will immediately expand when you take them out of the box packaging. The instructions say to let it air out for a couple of days after you remove them from the plastic packaging, which is what I did. The pillows fluffed out perfectly and sleeping on them was a true joy. They are definitely hotel quality. The pillows are soft and fluffy and return to their shape quite easily. These are not the cheapest pillows on the market but you do get what you pay for. I'd rather spend my good hard-earned money for a decent set of pillows such as these then to skimp on the quality just to save a few bucks. I would highly recommend these pillows.
