I use the viewing angle and 98ft night vision on this camera to cover the entire backyard, nearly 1/3 area. The NightVision allows me to see the nearly all the covered area. This combined with the 8MP output provides clear details 24/7. The camera has two-way audio, though I don't need it in this application. This is the third Amcrest camera I've purchased and have been highly satisfied with the quality of the products and ease of use.
