This stuff works miracles. I've had awful deep cracks in my heels for at least the last 10 years, and in the last 5 it's gotten so bad that the entire underside of my feet have been cracked. I've looked at the photos posted here in the reviews, and I haven't seen any feet that were as bad as mine. Most recently the arches of my feet became cracked in a scale like pattern and were snagging on my socks and ruining them. After 1.5 months of daily treatment I now have normal, smooth, crack free feet!! My Method: * First, get some sturdy emery boards and file off as much dead skin as you can (this took me about an hour the first time). Note that without the thick layer of dead skin your remaining cracks may hurt and even bleed, so keep that in mind when deciding how much dead skin to file off. * Next, apply the lotion every day, at least once per day. For the first couple of weeks I applied every night as well as once or twice during the day. * Periodically you will need to file off more dead skin. Quantity: In the last month and a half I've gone through 2 of the night treatment tubes and one of the blue Healthy Feet jars. Best of luck to you!
