The cart is 15" x 13" outside box dimensions. The box stands 23 1/2" tall. the handle extends to 39 1/2" tall. It would have been useful if the seller posted these dimensions. I bought this for my daughter to use in college as a hamper. I bought a large red polyester laundry bag which fits in it and is draped over the box and cinched. It looks great that way. It doesn't take up much space in a dorm room and she can roll it down to the laundry room easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. I can not imagine any possible excuse she might have for not keeping up with her laundry, but then again she's far more creative than me.
