I've been using FGDE about 18 months. My nails are smooth and not lumpy. My daily fatigue has disappeared. My BM's are HUGE and I feel 'clean' and clear! LOL I have beautiful shiny hair! My continuously itchy scalp and skin in cured! If I stop for any length of time my fatigue returns and my nails become lumpy again. We need to replace what nature is deficient for many reasons! I've been sharing it with everyone who's ready to eliminate many annoying things that drugs, vitamins, creams and lotions haven't been able to 'cure'! Harmless....easy to swallow with any beverage.
