Works as good as my home oven.
Had to tweak it. Put a 7.5 inch pizza stone I found on Amazon on the floor, which acts as a heat sink, and more evenly dissipates the heat. Made a cozy out of fire resistant non fiberglass insulation. Snaked my high end BBQ/Smoker temp probe down into slot on top to see what temps really are, and discovered the thermometer on the door was reading about 75 degrees lower than actual temp. But knowing what the temps actually were, I was able to bake up a tray of biscuits in the 18 to 20 min recipe called for and they were done to perfection. I had to preheat the oven for 20 min to get to the recommended 425 degrees. It was 40 degrees outside and a little breezy. Used my Coleman liquid fuel stove. With the cozy insulating the oven, I barely needed a flame to maintain 425 degrees once it preheated.
