I give these to my 8year old who has non-hyperactive ADD and severe anxiety. Things improved drastically for her after taking them for about a week. Three days go we ran out and her anxiety skyrocketed. I wasn’t sure how well these were truly working until we ran out of them! I immediately ordered more an amazon! We will never go without them again! I started with just 1-2 gummies daily, but the full 4 gummy dosage works well for her. She does still need to take melatonin at bedtime. I give her these gummies after dinner and her anxiety is well controlled through the next day. I highly recommend! My daughter also loves the taste! 2 month follow-up: my child is about 75 pounds and is 8 years old. She takes 4 gummies every night. These gummies have been life changing! She reports only mild, infrequent anxiety now. It used to be so severe that she could barely function. We may not even need the psychiatry referral at this point? She also takes Intuniv, a non-stimulant ADD medication (the stimulants only increased her anxiety so we stopped). We also tried the powdered drink mix form of this supplement and it was SO sour that she hated drinking it! I know these gummies are costly, but they have been such a HUGE blessing to my family! She no longer requires hydroxyzine at bedtime for anxiety either 😁😁😁😁😁😁
