Worth it!
Super easy to use. The hardest part is getting the guts to push, but it's spring loaded so it shoots through wicked fast. My only suggestion is to buy extra backings because they tend to just fall out of the machine once you press. Used on my cartilage. Took about two minutes to do both piercings and I saved $50!
