These are great travel bottles. I love the way they feel and their "no drip" cap is really nice. On a recent trip, I dropped one bottle in the shower and a small part of the lid broke off. When I got home I contacted human gear to see about purchasing a replacement lid. I receive an email back in less than an hour saying that they back up their products, please send them my address and they would send a replacement cap free. I was really impressed with this level of customer service so imagine my surprise when in the package there was a hand written note, not one but two replacement caps, and a free three ounce toob. I am literally trying to think of reasons to buy more of these because I am so impressed with the company and their product. Buy these!
