I have been a light therapy user for over thirty years due to seasonal affective disorder (SAD). I look forward to starting each fall, winter and early spring day at the kitchen table drinking a cup of coffee, reading the news on my iPad and benefitting from my Happy Light. This new Happy Light Touch model is a pleasure to use. It is compact yet powerful and is easy to use. I really like the options to personalize the color and brightness of the light. Because of the sleek design, I feel comfortable leaving it out at all times. While portable and light, it does feel that it is substantial and well made.
