This is a tasty addition to my growing arsenal of Flavors from around the World. I'd like to mention two other products that are fantastic purchased through Amazon...Chocolate Chill & Za'atar (Teeny Tiny Spice Company Vermont). I could not read what was written on the Pomegranate Molasses bottle.So ,I emailed the Company purchased from_received this email: "Thank you for your email. The pomegranate molasses is shelf stable and can be stored in a cool, dark place. However, if you intend on storing it for longer periods of time, you may also keep it in the refrigerator." I thought this might be helpful to others as well.
