I was pleased with this purchase. Several features impressed me. 1. The bottle that held the cleaner is designed to use any cleaner that you desire. You’re not locked in to purchasing a specific cleaner. I used vinegar and water with a little essential oil. Worked great. 2. There are 3 mop heads. This allows me to clean different rooms without the risk of cross contamination. I am glad I found this product when I was researching floor cleaners.
