I thoroughly recommend this cover given the customer service. Best I've ever had from an Amazon seller. More on this in a moment. I purchased this cover for my 4 burner gas grill. It feels heavy duty and has cinch straps to fit well to the grill. For about 14 months I had no issues, but it started to fade and develop small holes due to weathering. We've had problems with all our covers - our grill sits out in the open, getting intense sun all day during summers and snow in winter. So far, so okay - this Grillman cover lasted as long as the others we've tried. I was about to begin researching a replacement when I remembered there was a lifetime guarantee. Not expecting much I sent an email off to see if I could get a replacement. Cindy from Grillman replied within 2 hours to say that a replacement was coming from Amazon. It was on my doorstep a day later. These guys stand by their product, no questions and no games. I was blown away. Don't hesitate to go with this product if you are in the market.
