I've had this for four months now, and I really love having it. The hookup was no problem. Some people might need to remove the center adapter in the hose, and hook it up to their sink. (the adapter comes installed, you can just remove it.) You also have to remove the faucet aerator. TIP .If you are hooking up to the sink, use the COLD input on the washer to avoid frustration. Use your faucet to adjust temperature. Always leave machine on cold.
