Ordered these for my daughter when she found out she was exposed to COVID-19. I had researched the benefits by reading studies that were done against influenza and Covid-19. The day she received them was the same day she had symptoms of a severe flu develop. 24 hours after taking the Quercitin/Zinc, along with extra vitamin C & Vitamin D, she started feeling better. The following day she she was much better & got her positive test results for Covid-19. Although she was bummed she still has to quarantine, she credits her fast recovery to the supplements. I told her to continue taking them through the fall and winter (flu season).
