The dvr and cameras were installed and programmed with no problem. One of the cameras recently stopped working. After troubleshooting the ports and cables I determined the problem was the camera. I called GW customer service and spoke with Eddie. He gave me trouble shooting tips which I had done. He also took the time to explain my options and answered all of my questions because I plan to upgrade and add additional cameras in the future. Eddie was patient and a good listener. His service and attitude were outstanding.
