I had a particularly bad yeast infection and just wanted it gone. I bought this, and not long after, I felt a burning and itching like I'd never known. It lasted about an hour, and I was able to go to sleep. Next day, all symptoms were gone! I got another yeast infection about a year later, but this one wasn't as bad. Again, I just wanted it gone, so I bought this same treatment and braced myself. This time, there was no burning or itching, but symptoms were still gone by morning. The other reviews are true about the initial burning, but in my experience, it depends on how bad the infection is. I would still be prepared for the extreme discomfort, but if you can deal with it for about an hour, the product does work in one day, just as stated!
