I loved these when I got them. They cooked well, released beautifully, and I gave the 9x13 a glowing review...... A few months later, the coating is coming off, just as with any other treated pans. I am so bummed. I paid this kind of money because I thought they would last! I have the 13x18 and the 9x13 and it's the same story with both. The 8x8 was a more recent purchase and only has been used once, so I guess we'll see. UPDATE: USA Pans has promptly and courteously replaced my defunct pans at no charge whatsoever. My 8 inch pan is doing wonderfully, and USA Pans obviously cares that their customers are satisfied.
