The first unit I received did not work properly. But Necteck’s customer service responded very quickly and resolved the situation. They have since sent me another unit. Of which I have used twice for good measure and I am very happy, the massager works as originally advertised. Very soothing! Which is why I wanted to buy it in the first place!
