My dentist wanted to schedule me for a "deep cleaning" (scaling and planing) because my gum pockets were increasing. The office couldn't give my an appointment for another three months, so I researched and researched and found this. I started using this, and when I showed up for my appointment, I asked the dentist to do a check to see if there had been any improvement. There had! The dentist had never heard of this product, but was so impressed by the results that he decided to put off the deep cleaning and see how things were in another three months. Just had that checkup and the gum pockets were even better. I no longer need the deep cleaning, and I will be using this for as long as I can get it. Thanks, Listerine!
