When I read the directions, I was a bit dismayed; I never blow dry my hair--never. Not worth sending back; so I thought I would pass it on to someone who uses a blow dryer. Still, thought I'd give it a go first. I towel dried my hair, then bent over and spray the underneath. Flipped my hair back and sprayed the top. Fluffed my hair with my fingers. Fluffed it a few more times as it dried. The results amazed me. My hair looked full and natural (no helmet head) with excellent body. I tried it on air-dried hair, and it worked that way too. I've always had fine hair but plenty of it. After I lost all of it during chemo, it never grew back to its former density. It was particularly thin on top, and I kept trying to find just the right place to part it to cover the thiness the best I could. I feel much better about my appearance. Hope it works as well for everyone as it does for me.
