After only having it since July 2019, the head came loose and there are several tiny screws that came off within the gauge that are rolling around between the glass and face plate. I did not use this heavily nor was I rough with it. It was good while it worked, but it didn't last nearly as long as I thought it would. Update (5/6/20): Customer service seems to be on point. They responded quickly and said they could not warranty the item, but they did give me 90% off a new unit. So, I gave them 4 stars instead of the original 2...
