I started buying this after going off Lipitor because of muscle weakness and fatigue. I read that PQQ helps repair mitochondria and thought I might as well try it. I am feeling much better after two months -- I actually began feeling better after six days. I plan on staying on PQQ along with Co-Q-10. If you take a statin, I recommend both, but do your own research. You can't necessarily trust your doctor, though, because they are sometimes in the pocket of Big Pharma.
