UPDATE: While the original unit I received didn’t work well, Anker lived up to and exceeded my expectations. They immediately contacted me and offered a refund without the need of an Amazon return. I had already sent it back. Regardless, they offered to send another unit at no cost. I have been traveling and have not been able to set up the new unit, but Anker’s outstanding customer service and response to me deserves an updated rating. Again, Anker makes excellent products and their customer service is equal.
