I ordered this book for my son thinking that it would be nice for him to see a character that resembles him. I had no clue how much it would mean to him. He was beyond excited as he said “mommy he kind of looks like me!” The next morning he asked if he could bring the book to school. Later that day his teacher sent this video and told me how impressed she’s been with his performance. I’ve always known that our son is intelligent, but it’s nice to see the enthusiasm he has for learning and how he enjoys helping others by sharing his knowledge with them. We are so proud of him and I thank God everyday for blessing us with him. This is a must have for every brown boy’s book collection! #BrownBoyBrownBoyWhatCanYouBe 👦🏽💙📚
