This product gets such bad reviews when people don't understand it or know how to use it. It helps create a smooth, moisturized, tacky base for your makeup to go on. I've been using this for at least a year and I can't go without it. Over time I notice an improvement in my skin quality and texture also. After going through one bottle I thought it was something I could do without and did not repurchase for a couple months and my skin quality started decreasing drastically. I started using it again and my skin was glowing again. Now I always have it with me.
