Great Salt but make sure you understand your iodine needs if switching over!
So far, so good. Researched a good bunch about salt and who would have thought that there could be so much that goes into good 'ol table salt. I have started incorporating Celtic into foods I cook as well as sprinkling on top and I feel good about the added nutrients that it has over stripped down table salt. A word of caution though to women(higher risk for hypothyroidism) or anyone with a family history of hypothyroidism. This salt is not a good source of iodine and that is something you def need. If you are switching from iodismes salt make sure to add on some sort of iodine supplement(ex: kelp) or you may develop an imbaalance and hypothyroidism once diagnosed is for life so you don't want to mess with your thyroid.
