This product far exceeded my expectations. I have used essential oils, and like them, but did not get longer term relief from them. I have cervical degenerative disc disease at all levels, with bone spurring. I am always uncomfortable, surrounding muscles spasm, and entrapped nerves create pain into my head, and into shoulders. Outback has provided longer lasting pain relief. I use it only twice a day at this point (4-5 at initiation). I have decreased the dose of ibuprofen, and take it only once a day. I have also decreased my use of prescription Novocaine type patches from two patches a day to occasional use. This may be too much information, but I wanted to be clear about the relief I am experiencing with the level of pathology involved. I also was pleased to receive an email including how to use the product after ordering, but before receiving it. Susan C
