Angry Birds taken to the next level is a complete success! I won't get into the nature of Angry Birds, but I will say the added feature of space is fantastic! It adds a great bit of new play styles, throwing your birds around the gravity of planets and in completely weightless environments. The laser bird is also a great upgrade. The entire game is considerably smoother in control and play that previous versions, and is a pleasure all around ... except for the following. My complaints about it: Firstly, it doesn't come with a lot of levels, yet. They'll obviously be putting more in, as they do with all the AB games, but it's a bit slim pickings at the moment. I'm not docking it a point for this, though, but am more frustrated that to get it on the Kindle Fire at all, you must pay for it, and at 3 times the cost of the normal mobile version. The free version on my old Galaxy S looks and plays just as great, and Angry Birds has always scaled up well to larger screens, so I find this disappointing.
