I’m a commercial driver and need to make sure the truth is known when I face an incident. This unit does not wash out as bad as the old unit I had and better night lens does away with the need for Infrared lights that usually only create goofy ghosting from the windshield. Setting the date and time is easy, installing it easy too! Just wished there were options to purchase a "battery pack" that charges as you drive and then powers the camera while parked. I used one from home but having that option/suggestion available from the manufacturer would be terrific! Great camera, crystal clear video, easy to download using a microSD adapter if you really have to.
