I hesitated on getting these pants because of other reviews of them being like grandma pants. After receiving them - I can see why some reviewers have said that. The material is similar to pants I’ve seen my grandma wear. The cut of these pants however are not like my grandma’s pants. The waist band is super comfortable- I had hopes that maybe the waist would look like paperbag pants - they don’t. I normally wear a medium and these pants in a medium fit as expected. I’m 5’5” so these pants go to my ankle and not a few inches above like the model (5’10’). These pants don’t wrinkle, don’t shrink and dry quickly! — Apparently Grandma knows what she’s doing when wearing this material for pants!! These pants can be dressed up or down - as long as the dressed up shirt is loose and not tucked in. These pants dressed down can have a shirt loose or tucked in. I like these pants with flats, sandals and even a low heel. The pockets are a great depth and are actually useful. The pants have a great stretch to them. There is one back pocket but it arrived sewn down and I haven’t felt the need to open it up.
