I'm not a dramatic person, so I really mean it that this machine is life-changing! Sure, I'm a newbie to whole body vibration, but I know I feel the effects already. The machine was very easy to put together--my 14 year old assembled it in half an hour, so he could be the inaugural user of it. It feels solid, and the ability to use it at the gentlest levels and then go up to super vibration mode is a great feature. I've got my 79 year old father on it, and he has multiple health issues--easy does it on the vibration plate, and he felt great after. So the whole family from age 9 to 79 is on it every day since we got it. The variety of exercises on the machine control board and with the instructions are enough to keep you challenged, but there are also video tutorials on the company's website and a very motivating online support group. I'll post a video soon, too. I was skeptical about whole body vibration, but all that changed from the first day we all used it. Everyone felt energized and good after using it. You only need to use it 10-20 min at a time and 1-2 times a day to get the benefits. The price for something like this is really great, too. I looked at a big box warehouse before and was not willing to shell out over $1K for something so new to me. Plus, when registering your product, the company gives you a lifetime warranty for free! That tells me all I need to know that this company stands behind their products.
