I bought two smart scales before this one. For the life of me, I could not get either one to connect to the app. Yes I could have called customer service and had them help me. But my concern was that if I ever have to swap the batteries or if I ever lose Bluetooth connection, I’m going to have to figure it out again. I did not want to have to make a phone call every single time. So then I bought this scale based off the reviews. The biggest difference I noticed with this scale right off the bat is that it comes with instruction sheets. I am not at all text savvy. I have an iPhone 11 and downloaded the app. All I had to do after that was open the app and agree to connect to Bluetooth. As soon as I got on the scale, it immediately synced with the app. I didn’t have to do anything else! I included a picture of the information that pops up in the app. I’m really happy with this. Exactly what I wanted and a great price!
