As some reviewers have said this runs small...but I wouldn't buy a size up. If you have a wide foot this is probably going to suit you well but if you usually wear a medium width this will fit fine especially because of the velcro closure. It has more arch support than most slippers, so I am liking that but it isn't a shoe - it IS a slipper. It is like a little bootie, it covers my ankle bone so no, you can't just slip into it like a moccasin/loafer style slipper. But it is easy to slip off. These are comfy and cozy and super comfortable. I really, really like them. I would most definitely buy them again!
