I am 5"6 - 145LBS usually wear a medium in tops and 6/8 in pants. I sized up to a Large and it fit great! Wasn't too baggy and hugged in all the right places. Probably could have bought a M - but didn't want it to be TOO tight, as it is a body suit. It was super comfortable to wear - the material is soft a little stretchy. Bought it again in black! Would recommend!
