Love this bra, but based on many other reviews, to be safe, I bought it one size larger since it's mostly cotton and may shrink in the wash. I feel like if you buy one size up, you will probably be better off. So I wore it for 2 days in a row and it's comfy EXCEPT for one issue (that another reviewer mentioned also) and that is that the bottom of the front hook panel scratches/pokes into my skin and makes it sore. I know one person mentioned putting a bandaid on it which helped but I tried unhooking only the bottom hook and VOILA! Problem solved! There are 7 hooks total so you still have a ton of support. I usually wear a size 40DD bra and the size 42 in this bra works fine (with the bottom hook undone). If you are quite thin, you may not have the scratchy problem with the hook panel rubbing. (I assume some body types will have this issue and some will not but unhooking the bottom hook worked fine and costs nothing). I highly recommend this bra. I am having cervical spine surgery in 2 days and wanted a front hook sports bra to lay around in that didn't need to be pulled over my head. This is going to work quite nicely.
