This is a real review. I am years of wearing Asics. I have noticed that in the last 2-3 years they are cutting the space of the interior of the shoe. They are not as wide, sadly. Notice the pic where I compare the Gel Noosa Tri 9 To this shoe. Shoes placed on their side. If you notice the gel 4 has a hard sew to the base of the shoe with a plastic design. The Tri 9 does not, Which allows the shoe to give more at the widest part of your foot! If the widest part of your foot is not a problem then you will have no problem with these shoes! I have a moderately wide foot and wish they had not sown that plastic all away down the side of the shoe. Color is very evident in the picture of the shoes lined up together. My shoes came pre laced and I loosened them considerably allowing more give to the widest part of my foot. The length of the shoe is exactly the same as the Tri 9. I wear an 81/2 shoe and a 9 boot but I order Asics shoes in a 10 M and length is good because I hate a cramped toe box. I have put 55 miles on these shoes and NO BLISTERS! ASICS is still my go to shoe!
