Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So I originally purchased this brush a month ago and I wasn't a fan.. I had read a bunch of great reviews on it and thought I would give it a shot. But it left my foundation very streaky and just didn't work out for me at all. So I left a review explaining how unsatisfied I was. Well this seller, Lamora Beauty, reached out to me. They apologized for the fact that I wasn't happy and said it was unusual for the brush to not work well so they simply asked for my address and resent another one. I have to say, this second brush worked a lot better so it's possible there was something wrong with my original brush. This company/seller is amazing to work with. Great customer service, and I will be looking into buying more beauty items from them!
