I'm a 58 year old woman. I've been under a greater-than-usual amount of stress lately and was having difficulty functioning at work and at home. I have palpitations, shortness of breath, nausea, and intense sweating during extreme panic attacks. I wake in the middle of the night and have an attack on my bathroom floor. I was a nervous wreck all the way to the mailbox and back, going to pick this up. I hadn't eaten yesterday morning and took a capsule as soon as I got back in the house. About 90 minutes later, I realized that I was incredibly calm. No butterflies in my stomach, no rubbery legs, and no palpitations! And it lasted all day! I actually watched two entire movies and was focused the whole time. I fell asleep easily last night. I did wake up during the night, but I didn't have a panic attack and went right back to sleep. I felt great this morning and in a really good mood! I took one again before leaving the house (and before eating) and had a fantastic day at work. I paid less than $14 dollars for this bottle of magic and it is worth every penny. I was a little troubled that the 8 reviews all came from people who got a free bottle and almost didn't order. I considered a more expensive brand with good reviews, but price seemed to be the only difference and I am glad I settled on Amazon's brand. I am not going to a doctor. I know what's bothering me and also know what I do not want. Just needed a little something to get me through a really tough period. Thanks, Amazon! Will come back and update... Day 3: Someone came to the office today and wigged out. Normally, this would really rattle me -- stressed out or not -- but I was completely calm and in control. I'm not going to take it this weekend just to see how I feel, and also to see if perhaps I can take it only two to three times a week.
