Awesome material and super soft. I am 5' 5", 170lbs, and wear either a size 12 or 14 jeans, or medium/large in sweat pants (depending on the cut of jeans and sweat pants) and these fit great! Well made and super comfy. I really like these and highly recommend them. They are like a micro fiber feel to them. Not heavy material, but thin, and not see through, but really nice. I can't explain the feel of it to you though. The one that I order is like a slate blue, capri. Camera didn't really capture the color that well. I have included 4 photos, and hoping that Amazon keeps them here. Lately, for the past few months, Amazon has not been including all of my important photos and videos.
