I already own the Akaso EK7000, and have been impressed with the balance of features/price. The EK7000 was my very first action camera, and I've had a great time using it to record biking adventures. Although I've been happy with the EK7000, I decided to upgrade, and I'm glad I did. This camera is just awesome. The video quality is very good, and with EIS, it actually exceeds my expectations for a camera at this price. I've clipped a small piece of video from a short ride around my neighborhood. As this video is uploading as I write this, I can't be sure the quality will match the source media on my SSD, but to my eye, the quality is just amazing. I worked for many years in broadcast television as a videographer/editor in the creative services departments for ABC, CBS, and FOX (entertainment division!), so I'm used to handling professional equipment, and to me, for pure enjoyment, this little camera gives me exactly what I want. I couldn't be more pleased.
