I love lemon, but hate most lemon products available here because of the artificial tastes. Dickinson's lemon curd is easy to come by where I live, and it's good but not *great.* After trying the Starbucks lemon yogurt parfait I decided to make my own version at home and bought this to try on a whim. I have owned the jar for 6 hours and its 1/3 gone. It's very sweet like some reviewers say, but it's also very tart. Nothing offends me more than lemon flavored things that are weak. The sharpness of the lemon keeps the curd from being cloying, and makes it possible to just stand there and eat it by the spoonful until it's almost all gone and you've become some sort of lemon curd monster. In an effort to have some control, i now only eat it when I put it on top of some coconut yogurt, and it is excellent pairing. It was delivered in the Florida heat, and it was still pretty thick. After sticking it in the fridge it is a nice, creamy consistency. I love it so much. I want to put it on subscribe and save to be delivered every other day.
