Being a relatively good cook, I rarely use cooking books, but running out of ideas I decided to shift my principles and went for this book to find out whether it will be of any good to me. Turns out it absolutely is! I've tried about half a dozen recipes so far, and they were not only pleasing but mouth-watering and perfectly suitable for the air fryer I currently own. Prior to purchasing this book, I tried to prepare a couple of recipes from the "Look Inside" section, and they were good enough for me to pay for the paperback and Kindle copy. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
