I originally wrote a review of this product that was one star for the product and 5 stars for the company and the way they handled my issue. Basically the problem was that the original transmitter would not hold a charge and would not pair with my headset. I contacted the company and they sent me (in two days) a replacement transmitter, no questions asked! I thought that this was very kind of them, but the second one wouldn't pair either. After some back and forth they determined that the problem was with my head set and so they sent me a different type transmitter that did pair with my device. This transmitter works flawlessly and I am very happy with it and the ease with which it pairs each and every time I turn on the TV. I want every one out there to know that I have no connection with the company, I'm not paid to say or write this, but I must tell you that Tao Tronics is a first class outfit. They went out of their way to make this right as expediently as is possible. It seemed to me that their only concern was my satisfaction and for that I am grateful. Thank you so much Rosie and Efrain for your help and support throughout this issue. I will always recommend your company to anyone who asks. It's rare to find a company these days with service like yours.
