The pictures above are from the very first time I ever used this mask and I haven't looked back since. I have very very thick low-porosity, high density 4c hair and it felt like whenever I put products on my hair it would just sit on top of my strands. I've been natural for about 4 years and I never felt like my hair was ever soft, easy to manage and shed A LOT. I used this mask and all that has changed. Immediately after the mask my hair was incredibly soft, my curls (which I didn't know I had) were defined, and I followed up with a deep condition that actually moisturized my hair. I the powder with some apple cider vinegar (with the mother), added some olive oil (not necessary but good moisture boost) and applied it from scalp to tip. My scalp tingled and pulsated in a way it never has before. I could literally feel the buildup being sucked out of my scalp. Now I have no build up, barely any dandruff, and my hair accepts moisture and doesn't excessively shed. I highly, highly highly recommend. I use it every time I take my hair out of a protective style and try to do it every 4-6 weeks. The bottle has lasted me about 4 deep conditions but I have a lot of hair so if you have a more 'normal' amount of strands, it'd last you longer. Worth every penny and I'll be buying this for life. It's completely changed my hair.
