PROs: This a very efficient, quiet and inexpensive diffuser. It has a multi-color light cycle function or you can elect to have it display just 1 light color. It is easy to operate and maintain. Customer service for this unit is phenomenal. The two units I had previously purchased started leaking after 8 weeks of use. I wrote a dissatisfied review. Within a very short period of time I was contacted by Cathy, an amazing Customer Servicre rep. She apologized for the inconvenience and immediately offered me a refund for both units. Since I really liked the unit, I requested replacements. In less than 7 days I received my replacement units. I will upgrade my rating to 5-stars in 8 weeks. CON: May start to leak. ******REVIEW UPDATE***** I would give the diffuser more than a 5-star rating if I could. I have used the replacement diffusers every day since I received them. They are working just fine. Treasure-US and they're customer service staff are AWESOME.
