I've only had mine for a little under two months, but my expectations have been greatly exceeded. I purchased this device to help with fibromyalgia discomfort, that among other things, leaves my muscles very sore and fatigued, no matter how little exercise I do. When I first opened the box and found the little device, much smaller and lighter weight than I'd expected, I had immediate concerns about it's effectiveness. However, much to my surprise, it's actually quite amazing and far more power than I thought possible for a device so small. Three pairs of gel pads included, have a board they can be attached to after use, to maintain adhesiveness during storage. Another nice touch included, is an acupressure chart showing all of the body's major pressure points, consisting of a description of how those points correlate to pain areas in other parts of the body. One of the biggest knocks on personal massagers in general, is how they eat batteries. For that reason, the power source is probably my favorite feature about the Healthmateforever. Two chargers, included, allowing the device to be charged either from a computer or a wall outlet. I'll let you know if I run into any problems, but so far, it's absolutely been worth the purchase price. Updated 10/20/2014: Four months since my initial purchase...it's still going strong and I'm very satisfied. A funny side note about this too. With one look at the device, my wife laughed, certain I'd wasted my money. After convincing her to give it a try, she finally gave in, and now is considering purchasing one of her own.
