This was really cool- until it stopped working. One side has just quit completely, which makes everything inoperable. It also was very hard for my son to control (6) when it was working. He couldn’t get it to turn corners or go straight with any accuracy, but the speed and tricks were fun for him. Totally bummed that his Christmas present lasted three weeks. 3/24- The customer care with this company is remarkable. Their representative has been very kind and attentive. They are planning to send us a new car to replace the one which failed, despite the fact that it broke after the return policy ended. We will update further when the new car comes! Update 4/2/20: Our replacement came for the defective car and it is a great improvement. My (now) seven year old holds two thumbs up and says it operates much more smoothly than the first one. I also want to add that this is an honorable company to work with. They pursued fixing the problems with our purchase and were communicative and kind. Even if your car ends up with issues, theIr willingness to address problems makes buying from them a very safe bet.
