and I am a watch lover with a very good knowledge in this field
It's difficult to do a technical review in a few words. I'm a sixty y.o. and I am a watch lover with a very good knowledge in this field. First of all, please....consider that this kind of device is not useful only but it is necessary for expensive watches to maintain in good shape their mechanism (too long to explain but trust on me!). Second, before to start to use this electronic device, I suggest that you have a good knowledge about the right settings according to your watch/s avoiding to damage them and I found a good database that can help : (...) Third, this device has a digital control, much more accurate than analog and the inclination of the watch (pads) holder are perfect. The interior and the case are simply outstanding. No further comment. The noise taken (late in the night, bedroom, located on a piece of furniture) with a digital sound meter (both rotors on) is 19db at 5" and 10db at 10feet, mixed with the standard background ambient noise, basically very quiet and unnoticeable. I would like to remind you that you have to wind your watch between 30 and 40 times (depends from the reserve of charge and the size but generally speaking 35 is more than enough) before to put it in this device. Its job is to maintain a charge not to charge a complete discharged watch! To protect and maintain the settings of this device, I suggest also to connect the power supply to the smallest UPS available on the market (surge & backup protection), I purchased a APC BGE90 (about $50 or less). What more: to become "SUPERB" I could suggest to the manufacture different choices of case like walnut, cherry and so on (much more integration in terms of design with your environment) and the last thing a touch of magic that cost a few dollars (three to five $): four white led, positioned in front of the rotors, two for each rotor that turn on when the rotor will start to work. I believe the motherboard can support 4 rotors at the same time but I prefer a device with two because these devices have a lifespan (between 5 and 10 y). Definitely I'll purchase another in the next future. Thank you for your attention.
